Our Services
Knightsbridge Chauffeurs provides exceptional chauffeuring services through our distinct offerings: Comfort, Luxury, and Safety. These services, collectively referred to as “the Service,” are governed by the terms outlined herein. By using this website and booking our services, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms, which cover both the acceptance of your booking and the delivery of our transportation services.

Service Booking and Purchase

Eligibility and Confirmation
By booking through our website, you confirm that you are of legal age and capacity to enter into binding contracts. We will confirm your service order by email immediately after booking and again once your service is finalized.

Service Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any service under specific conditions, such as non-payment or invalid payment details. Cancellations by you must adhere to our cancellation policy outlined below, and any rights or liabilities accrued at the point of cancellation will remain enforceable.

Payment Terms
Services booked require payment via credit or debit card, subject to a 3.85% surcharge. Payments for wedding car hires are processed seven days prior to the event. Additional charges may apply for extended wait times beyond the complimentary period for each service type.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Flexibility in Planning
Bookings can be easily cancelled via email or phone, with confirmation sent to you electronically. Cancellations within 24 hours of a one-way service are not charged, while events and multi-car bookings have specific notice requirements for full refunds or reduced cancellation fees.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations within 48 hours of service commencement incur a 50% charge, and those within 24 hours incur a full charge. Changes to bookings that affect time, date, or mileage may also affect the cost.

Additional Terms

Driver and Vehicle Standards
All journeys are conducted by PHV licensed vehicles and drivers. The responsibility for the journey rests solely with Knightsbridge Chauffeurs, not the individual driver. Drivers adhere to strict safety and speed regulations, and clients are liable for any damages to vehicles.

Subcontracted Vehicles
Occasionally, we may use subcontracted vehicles that meet all required standards. Any subcontracting will not affect the quality or security of the service provided.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must handle their own property with care, as we are not liable for loss or damage. We maintain a non-smoking policy across all our vehicles to ensure a pleasant and clean environment.

Payment and Invoicing
Invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 30 days. Late payments may result in suspended service and additional recovery costs.

Data Security
We employ advanced encryption to protect your payment information. Our secure server ensures that your data is safe from unauthorized access.
