By instructing Knightsbridge Chauffeurs Ltd to proceed with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all the policies outlined below.
1. Booking Confirmation & Service Provision
Eligibility: To place an order via our website, telephone, or email, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Direct Bookings Only: As a TfL-licensed private hire operator, we accept reservations exclusively from clients directly. Our chauffeurs are not permitted to accept work on our behalf. Please submit all booking requests via our website, email, or phone.
The Contract: The agreement for services is strictly between Knightsbridge Chauffeurs Ltd and the individual or entity making the booking (whether that is a passenger, a company, or an agent).
Payment Handling: All payments must be settled directly with our office. Drivers are never authorized to handle cash or card payments.
Service Control: We retain full responsibility for the execution of all bookings and any liabilities arising from the transportation.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel any booking at our discretion. Should this occur, you will be notified immediately via phone, email, or SMS.
2. Making a Reservation
Our team is committed to providing exceptional service; however, certain journeys require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to prepare the appropriate vehicle.
All quoted rates are in GBP and cover the journey from the designated pickup point (A) to the drop-off point (B), unless the trip involves an airport transfer or a fixed-price package.
To receive a quote or confirm a booking, you must supply your full name, contact number, and email address. Failure to provide accurate details may result in us being unable to assist you.
3. Online Bookings & Pricing Accuracy
Booking Approval: All reservations made through our website are subject to final confirmation by our team.
Pricing Errors: In the rare event of a system error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to either cancel the booking and issue a full refund or amend the price with your consent. If payment has already been processed, a credit or refund will be issued immediately.
Price & Availability: Rates and vehicle availability are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers are limited and may be withdrawn at any time.
Error Disclaimer: While we strive for accuracy, we cannot be held liable for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies on our site. All content is provided on an “as is” basis.
Advance Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for online bookings. For last-minute reservations, please contact our reservations team directly.
Surcharges & Fees:
Night Service: Journeys between 22:00 and 06:00 incur a 50% premium.
Public Holidays: Travel on Easter, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day is subject to a 50% surcharge; all other bank holidays carry a 25% surcharge.
Congestion Charge: Any journey entering or passing through the London Congestion Charge zone during operational hours will incur a flat £18.00 fee, payable directly to TfL.
International Travel: Online prices are valid for UK travel only. Please call for quotes regarding European or international destinations.
If you do not agree to these surcharges, we will refund the full amount paid, excluding card processing fees.
4. Privacy & Data Usage
We treat your personal data with the utmost confidentiality and do not sell or share it with third parties. When you book, we collect details such as your name, address, email, and payment information. Payment data is encrypted and processed by our secure third-party gateway; we do not store it internally.
By providing your email, you consent to receiving occasional marketing communications (approximately one per month). You may opt out at any time.
If you are a current or former client, we reserve the right to display your company name or logo in our client portfolio without further written notice.
5. Single & Return Journeys
Same-Day Returns: Return trips scheduled within 4 hours of drop-off are subject to waiting time charges. If the return is scheduled more than 4 hours later, no waiting fees apply, though a different driver may complete the journey.
Events & Sports: Return journeys for high-profile events (e.g., Wimbledon, Ascot, rugby, football) will incur waiting time and parking fees. Single drop-offs or pickups for concerts at venues like The O2 or Wembley may also attract additional charges. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
6. Waiting Time Policy
Airport Arrivals: 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from actual landing time.
Private FBOs: 30 minutes from the scheduled time.
All Other Journeys: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
Excess Waiting: Beyond the grace period, charges are applied in 15-minute increments to the card provided at booking.
7. Payment Terms
Advance Payment: All charges must be paid in advance unless a credit account has been pre-approved.
Additional Charges: Any extras incurred during the journey (e.g., excess waiting, parking) will be charged to the payment card on file.
Accepted Cards: We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express, with no additional fees. Card processing fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
VAT: All published rates excluding VAT which is not applicable at the moment.
Rate Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Stop Fee: A £25 charge applies for en-route stops (e.g., collecting passengers or items). A 15-minute grace period is included at each stop.
8. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds
Standard Bookings:
Cancellations must be made via our website and acknowledged by our team during office hours. Failure to do so may result in the full charge being applied.
Within London (one-way, non-airport): Free cancellation/amendment up to 24 hours prior.
Hourly Hire (London): Free cancellation/amendment up to 48 hours prior.
Airport Transfers & Private Charters: Free cancellation/amendment up to 72 hours prior.
Events & Long-Distance Travel: Strict 72-hour cancellation policy.
Prestige Vehicles (e.g., Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Maybach): Strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations inside this window are non-refundable.
Admin Fee: An administration fee of up to 30% may be deducted from refunds to cover processing costs.
Journeys in Progress: Once the hire has commenced, cancellations are non-refundable (100% charge).
Wedding Bookings:
7 days’ notice required for full refund.
Cancellation between 48 hours and 7 days: 50% charge.
Cancellation within 48 hours: 100% charge.
Multi-Vehicle & Multi-Day Bookings:
Cancellation between 48 hours and 7 days: 50% charge per vehicle.
Cancellation within 48 hours: 100% charge.
No-Show Policy:
If you are not present at the agreed time and location, no refund will be issued.
9. Vehicles, Chauffeurs & Passenger Conduct
Route Selection: Drivers will choose the most efficient route based on current traffic conditions unless a specific route is requested in advance.
Luggage: Reasonable luggage is permitted. Drivers may refuse excessive or overly bulky items.
Vehicle Categories:
Luxury Saloon: Mercedes S-Class (or equivalent)
Luxury MPV: Mercedes V-Class (or equivalent)
Prestige SUV: Range Rover Vogue (or equivalent)
Prestige Saloon: Maybach, Rolls-Royce, Bentley (or equivalent)
Substitution: We reserve the right to substitute vehicles or subcontract journeys to ensure service continuity. You are booking a category, not a specific make or model.
Fitness to Travel: Passengers who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour endangers the driver, vehicle, or others, will be refused service.
Child Seats: Requests must be made at booking. One seat is provided free of charge; additional seats are £25 each. If you use your own seat, you are responsible for its installation and removal, and for any damage caused.
Animals: Only guide or hearing dogs are permitted without prior written agreement. Additional charges may apply.
10. Liability & Responsibilities
Personal Property: We are not liable for loss or damage to luggage or belongings unless proven to be caused by our negligence. We are happy to assist in returning lost items, subject to the client covering postage and handling costs.
Missed Flights: We do not compensate for missed flights (see Force Majeure, Clause 12).
Vehicle Damage: Any soiling or damage to the vehicle interior or exterior will result in valeting/repair charges and potential loss-of-earnings fees charged to the card on file. Legal action may follow non-payment.
11. Account Holders & Credit Terms
Account Setup: Credit accounts must be opened prior to booking. Clients are responsible for keeping their account details secure.
Booking Authorisation: Any booking made using your account credentials is deemed authorised by you.
Invoicing: Monthly invoices are issued for work completed in the prior period. Payment is due within 30 days (or as otherwise stated).
Late Payment: Overdue balances accrue interest at 10% per annum.
Credit Limits: We reserve the right to apply and adjust credit limits at any time.
Disputes: Invoice disputes must be raised in writing within 14 days of receipt.
Admin Fee: A fee of up to 30% may be applied to bookings or cancellations based on administrative time incurred.
12. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)
We are not liable for failure to perform or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to: adverse weather, natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, network failures, road accidents, vehicle breakdowns, punctures, traffic delays, and strikes.
If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible. Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
13. Complaints Procedure
Should you be dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please first raise the matter with the driver or our control room at the time of hire. If the issue remains unresolved, please submit a formal written complaint within 14 days of the journey. We will acknowledge receipt within 14 working days and aim to provide a full response within 28 days.
14. Zero Tolerance
We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour—verbal or written—towards our staff or contractors. Offending individuals will be refused future service, and no refunds will be issued.
15. Fraud Prevention
All payments must be authorised by the named cardholder. We reserve the right to cancel bookings immediately if we suspect fraudulent activity. Indicators include:
Inability to provide journey or passenger details when requested.
Inability to provide cardholder contact details for verification.
Chargebacks or previous fraudulent activity.
Inconsistent or incomplete booking information.
Multiple failed payment attempts.
Suspected fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Pricing – Inclusions & Exclusions
• 4.1 Prices shown on Knightsbridge Chauffeurs website are per person unless otherwise stated.
• 4.2 Prices are subject to change, until the booking has been confirmed.
• 4.3 What is included is stated specifically on each page.
• 4.4 For groups 10 participants or more, group tariffs may be available on request, click here for further details.
• 4.5 Senior Prices apply for customers 60 years and over.
• 4.6 Students at the time of booking must provide an ID card and bring it with them on the day of travel.
• 4.7 Children under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult.
• 4.8 Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes, charges or fees.
• 4.9 Prices do not Include (unless stated otherwise) – gratuities to the guide, driver or tour manager, food and beverages and transfers to/from stations.
• 4.10 Gratuities are at your discretion.
• 4.11 Revised pricing, practices, offers, commercial catalogues, price lists and schedules or other documents upon which pricing strategies are based on are considered in conjunction with Pricing Practices Guide.
Payment
• 5.1 Knightsbridge Chauffeurs accepts the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. As well as PayPal
• 5.2 There is no charge or service fee for processing Credit-card payments.
• 5.3 Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• 5.4 For your protection and in accordance with the requirements of the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992, we operate a client money BANK account (account held at HSBC BANK PLC) to ensure that you would be refunded and/or repatriated to London in the very unlikely event of our insolvency. All payments we receive from you will be kept safe in that account until such time as you have completed your holiday or cancelled it.
• 5.5 Cardholder must be present at the time of presenting the ticket.
Amendments & Cancellations
• 6.1 Amendments by you can be made to coach tours, please call us 24 hours prior to the departure time and date.
6.2 Theatre tickets, lunch and dinner products and overnight tours cannot be amended or cancelled once booked, unless otherwise stated on the individual products page. Please see point 6.4 for other product cancellation policies. Please see individual product pages for any cancellation policies that supersede the timeframes given in point 6.4 ii.
6.3 For full and half day coach tours, a full refund will only be made up to 24 hours prior to departure; otherwise 100% charge will apply.
6.4 If you are due to travel with us and your tour or activity has been cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic only, you can;
i. A full refund on your booking if you meet the cancellation requirements below*;
-Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tours – by midnight (UK time), the day before travel.
-Coach Tours and Afternoon Tea Bus – 24 hours before the date and time of travel
-Warner Bros Return Transportation and Tickets – 48 hours before travel date. Groups of 10 passengers or more must give 30 days notice of cancellation to receive a refund.
-Rail Tours – 7 days before the date of travel. Paris tours – 45 days before travel date.
-Attractions & Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour packages inc attractions – 7 days before the date of travel.
-Airport Transfers – 72 hours before the date and time of travel
• **Tours and dates are subject to availability and policy is subject to change.

6.5 In the event that a customer misses their coach tour, a refund will not be issued due to no fault of Knightsbridge Chauffeurs. However, as a gesture of goodwill, the customer will be offered the chance to rebook the tour for a different date at a discounted rate of 50% off the current full retail price.
Refunds & Compensation
• 7.1 In the event that a venue is not visited during a coach tour due to unforeseen circumstances, an amount equal to the value of the admission will be refunded at our discretion.
• 7.2 If the air conditioning or washroom on the allocated vehicle is not operational, then no refund will be made.
• 7.3 For Open Top Bus Tours, in the event of unforeseen weather or traffic conditions, a refund of a maximum of 25% of the value of the ticket will only be given where the delay is longer than one hour.
• 7.4 We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
• 7.5 Once approved, we will endeavour to process any refunds within 7-10 working days. Refunds will only be made using the same payment method as used when making the initial booking. All third party products and services, where we act as an official agent, are non-refundable under any circumstances and are also subject to the terms and conditions of the product/service supplier.
7.8 For the Afternoon Tea Bus with Panoramic Tour of London: In the event of running over time due to heavy traffic in central London we will offer a 15% refund.
Complaints
• 8.1 We want you to enjoy your experience with us. Sometimes however things do not go according to plan and if you feel that we have not lived up to your expectations, or that we could improve our service in some way. Please let us know by email complaints@knightsbridgechauffeurs.co.uk and we will respond to you within 14 business days.
E-tickets
• 9.1 Customers purchasing tickets on this website will receive an e-ticket. The Customer will need to bring their e-ticket with them to present to a member of our partner staff at the Customers preferred boarding point.
• 9.2 Customers with e-tickets must bring the printed e-ticket along with the credit card used to make the purchase as proof of ID.
• 9.3 The Customer should present their e-ticket to our partner uniformed member of staff, at the preferred boarding point. The member of staff will exchange the e-ticket for a valid ticket To Travel.

• 10.1 Dates of departure and collection times are subject to change or cancellation, should unforeseen circumstances occur.
Pickups & Convenient Returns (Coach Tours)
• 11.1 In the event that you miss your pickup time, please contact the concierge at the hotel who will assist your further.
• 11.2 Drivers have to work under strict legal and time restrictions and therefore you will be dropped back at up to three central locations in London (unless stated otherwise during the tour).
Smoking, Food & Drink and Pets On Board Vehicles
• 12.1 Smoking is not permitted on board, but all tours make frequent stops.
• 12.2 In the interest of safety no hot food or hot drinks are allowed on board vehicles.
12.3 Knightsbridge Chauffeurs will not be responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.
12.4 Only Guide/Service dogs are allowed on vehicles and tours. Please inform us by email at reservations@Knightsbridgechauffeurs.co.uk at least seven days before travel so we can inform the venues.
12.5 Only bottled water is allowed on our vehicles.
Passports, Visas & Personal Insurance
• 13.1 A Passport valid for all countries to be visited must be carried and you must ascertain from your Travel Agent what visas are required.
• 13.2 It is the responsibility of all passengers, regardless of nationality and destination to check with the consulate of the country they are visiting for current entry requirements.
• 13.3 We do not offer Travel Insurance but would strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy prior to departure.
Special Requirements
• 14.1 At Knightsbridge Chauffeurs we do our best to give all our customers full care and attention, but we do need to know at the time of booking if there are any special needs or requirements. It is particularly important that we are advised of any disabilities and also if you intend to bring any specialist equipment such as a wheelchair with you. If you have a medical condition, please consult your Doctor if you are in doubt about your suitability to travel.
• 14.2 At Knightsbridge Chauffeurs our policy is to maintain and improve the current standards of accessibility to our services for people with disabilities or whose mobility is impaired. We take into account the provisions set out in the Equality Act 2010 and whilst we encourage third party venues, and industry partners to adopt such measures we are unable to guarantee their standard of compliance.
Luggage
• 15.1 On overnight tours an allowance of one suitcase, not exceeding 44lb in weight and dimensions of 30 x 17 x 10in (20kg and 77 x 44 x 26cm) is permitted together, with a small carry on.
• 15.2 Any items left on the coach or vehicle, are left at the owner’s risk. Knightsbridge Chauffeurs will take no responsibility for loss or damage to these items.
• 15.3 If you do leave any items onboard a Knightsbridge Chauffeurs vehicle, you must complete the form on this page as soon as possible. Items will only be held for seven days, from the date they are left on a vehicle. If items have not been collected after 14 days, they will be given to a local charity.
Tour Information
• 16.1 Whilst touring, please note that seats are on first come first served basis.
• 16.2 We may, at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour, if we deem their acts or conduct offensive, or a nuisance to other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.
• 16.3 We reserve the right to cancel any tours due to lack of demand and also to use vehicles as dictated by demand. We also reserve the right to alter at any time any price, place visited, itinerary or hotel owing to unforeseen circumstances. Every endeavour will be made to advise passengers in advance of any alterations that are deemed necessary.
• 16.4 In the event of any passenger not being carried for any cause whatsoever, no liability will be accepted by the operators beyond the refund of the fares.
• 16.5 Should the passenger fail to arrive or arrive late at the starting point or during the tour, the tour will not be delayed in order to wait for the client and then no liability can be accepted.

• 16.7 Users of Knightsbridge Chauffeurs Wi-Fi are subject to a fair data usage limit of 250MB per customer.
• 16.8 We strive to seat all groups together on our vehicles; however, as many operate on a first-come, first-served basis, this cannot always be guaranteed. This also applies to the Afternoon Tea Bus (including the Singalong Christmas Lights Tour), where larger groups may have some members seated separately.
Walking Tours
• 17.1 All walking tours are subject to availability.
• 17.2 Free walking tour tickets are available with some London hop-on hop-off bus tour products. Please turn up at the starting point of your chosen tour at the correct time, there is no need to pre-book. If a walking tour is unavailable, no refund will be made.
Third Party Products
• 18.1 Knightsbridge Chauffeurs provides you with this booking platform, so that you can get in direct contact with the service provider and make a booking.
• 18.2 The contract relating to the service booked is directly between you and the supplier of the service.

Special Offers
• 19.1 All offers displayed on the website can only be booked online.
• 19.2 Free walking tours must be redeemed on the day of your tour and must be used within 7 days after your tour date.
Knightsbridge Chauffeurs Gift Certificates
• 20.1 All gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used for the purchase of gift vouchers.
• 20.2 Gift certificates can only be redeemed online (subject to availability).
• 20.3 Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Accident Or Loss
• 21.1 We have no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employees negligence, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to a maximum of the refund of the tour cost.
• 21.2 We do not own or manage the train, ships, vehicles, accommodation and restaurants used and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators thereof.
General Conditions
• 22.1 No agent or proprietor of ours can vary our conditions and any such purported variation shall be of no effect unless it has been signed by one of our Directors.

Warner Bros Studio Tour terms and conditions
• 23.1 You must present your ticket at the departure point. Failure to provide such ticket will result in you being refused entry to the tour.
• 23.2 Admission to the tour will only be valid for the time and date indicated on the ticket. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the departure time.
• 23.3 A ticket entitles one (1) person entry to the tour on a single occasion. Once you exit the tour, you will need a new ticket to re-enter the tour.
• 23.4 Tickets will include entry to most, but not necessarily all, areas of the tour. Subject to availability and at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London absolute discretion, you may be asked to purchase additional tickets to obtain access to certain areas of the tour.
• 23.5 Photocopies, incomplete copies or counterfeit tickets will not be accepted and Warner Bros. Studio Tour London (WBSL) reserves the right to refuse entry to the tour to any person attempting to use such items.
• 23.6 No food or beverage of any nature may be brought on the tour. Food and beverage purchased during the tour may only be consumed in designated areas within the tour.

Knightsbridge Chauffeurs will, wherever possible, operate using the above bus but may replace the livered bus with either a plain bus or coach whenever mechanical or operational circumstance dictate. Knightsbridge Chauffeurs will not be obliged to offer refunds or exchanges due to changing the livered bus.
• 23.10 A variety of special effects (including sudden loud effects and strobe lighting) may be used in certain areas within the tour. It is recommended that customers with high blood pressure, heart conditions or other pre-existing medical conditions ask the tour staff for further details and avoid areas of the tour at which point such special effects are located.
• 23.11 Warner Brothers Studio Tour London (WBSL) reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to remove from the tour and the Site (whether before, during or after the tour) (without warning) any person who:
• has been convicted of a criminal offence which in the opinion of WBSL is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors;
• has behaved in a manner which WBSL considers is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors or tour staff (including, without limitation, unnecessary noise (whether from mobile phones or personal stereos or otherwise));
• has used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace;
• is or appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol;
• does not have a valid ticket;
• accesses any area of the tour and/or Site other than the areas designated for access by consumers; or
• does not comply with all or part of the tour Terms and Conditions.
• 23.12 You will have 4 hours visiting time inside the studio starting from your ticket entry time. During peak times, the transport waiting period could exceed 30 minutes.
• 23.13 The taking of photographs with handheld cameras is allowed in all areas of the Studio Tour apart from within the pre-show cinema and green screen areas. Video recording as well as the use of flashes, tripods and other specialist photographic equipment is not permitted. Photographs should only be enjoyed for your own personal, private, non commercial purposes. Unless permission has been granted by us, pictures and images cannot be reproduced in any format or media other than for private viewing.
• 23.14 You must keep their personal belongings with them at all time. We accept no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to any personal items brought on to the tour.
• 23.15 For the safety of all, consumers are admitted subject to a condition that, if requested to do so, they will allow themselves and/or their belongings to be searched. The following items may not be brought on to the tour: weapons, fireworks, (smoke) bombs, glass bottles, flammable liquids or other articles which may cause injury. Any consumer who refuses himself/herself and/or their belongings to be searched or who is found in possession of such items will be denied entry to the tour and the Site or will be removed from the tour and the Site.
• 23.16 The throwing of any article is strictly prohibited.
• 23.17 Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour or in its vicinity.
• 23.18 Pets and other animals (except for guide or hearing dogs) are strictly prohibited on the tour or in its vicinity.
• 23.19 WBSL reserves the rights to alter, close or remove details/exhibits without prior notice for technical, operational or other reasons. WBSL shall not be liable to KC, any Authorised Licensee or any consumer for any refund or compensation in these circumstances.
• 23.20 Other than liability for death or personal injury resulting from WBSL’s negligence or that of WBSL staff (if acting within the course of their employment), or agents or sub-contractors (if acting within the course of their appointment) or for any matter for which it would be illegal for WBSL to exclude, attempt to exclude or limit WBSL’s liability, WBSL, its employees, agents or sub-contractors shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising, including without limitation any distress, inconvenience or anxiety caused during the tour and/or during evacuation from the tour or its vicinity in the event of breakdown or accident or other reason.
• 23.21 From time to time, WBSL or other authorised parties may carry out photograph and/or video recording and/or other monitoring on or in the vicinity of the tour which may feature consumers. 1. Purchase of Services

Knightsbridge Chauffeurs Ltd is a private hire vehicle operator licensed by Transport for London (TfL). Therefore, we only accept direct booking(s) requests from our clients for chauffeur-driven travel. Our chauffeurs are not licensed nor authorised to accept bookings. The client(s) is kindly advised to only place reservations through our website booking form, via email or phone.
The contract for all bookings is between Knightsbridge Chauffeurs Limited and the client (i.e. an agent, the company, a passenger, or a person booking and paying for the transportation service).
Knightsbridge Chauffeurs Ltd only accepts payments directly from clients. Our chauffeurs do not handle payments.
Knightsbridge Chauffeurs Ltd is in charge of accepting bookings and providing transportation services or any liability arising from the transportation services.

2. Reservations
The Knightsbridge Chauffeurs reservation team will try to assist their clients every step of the way and We will strive to exceed all expectations at all times, but 24-hour notice may be required to prepare the chauffeured vehicle for your specific journey. All prices quoted are in GBP, with hiring starting at the pickup point (A) and finishing at the drop-off point (B), except those hires to or from various airports or those subject to a fixed charge.
To obtain a quote or make a booking through our booking agents, you must provide us with your full contact details, including your full name, contact number, and email address. Failing to do so, Knightsbridge Chauffeurs cannot assist you further.
3. Online Bookings
All online bookings are subject to Knightsbridge Chauffeurs’ approval. Occasionally, errors may occur when online maps and quotes are miscalculated. If an error is made and a product is listed incorrectly, Knightsbridge Chauffeurs shall maintain the right to refund or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, Knightsbridge Chauffeurs shall immediately issue a credit for the wrong price or, where unsuitable, issue a full refund.
